Premium A2 Bilona Ghee brand product photography

Our own brand — A2 Bilona Ghee Top 5 on Amazon India in 60 Days

Brand Overview

Our own brand is a premium heritage A2 Bilona Ghee brand. Produced using traditional bilona churning methods from indigenous cows raised on natural feed. Priced significantly above mass-market ghee brands on Amazon India — a category where the default buyer behaviour is to choose the cheapest familiar option.

The Challenge

Scaling a high-ticket food product in a category dominated by commodity pricing and legacy brand recognition, where the primary buyer objection is price and the secondary objection is unfamiliarity with the bilona production method. The Amazon listing we inherited at the start of the engagement was not built to overcome either objection.

The System

Listing Rebuild Listing rebuilt from scratch. Title rewritten around exact-match buyer intent keywords. Bullets restructured to address the price objection proactively — bilona process, indigenous breed provenance, traditional production time — before the buyer could form it.

Gallery Redesign Main image rebuilt to communicate premium quality at thumbnail scale. Lifestyle images mapped to heritage, purity, and gift value buyer motivations. Lab certificate positioned as primary trust signal.

A+ Content Architecture A+ content rebuilt around evidence, not description. Ingredient provenance. Process photography. Comparison architecture framing the competitor's centrifugal extraction process as a shortcut — not an alternative.

PPC Strategy PPC rebuilt. Broad-match negated. Exact-match clusters isolated for hero keywords. Competitor conquest campaigns targeting buyers actively comparing alternatives. All bids synced to inventory depth throughout.

A+ content rebuilt for a buyer who does not share the brand's cultural context. PPC campaign built from scratch with US-specific exact-match keyword clusters. Outcome

+427% revenue lift over 90 days from a near-zero Amazon US baseline.

Case Study 03

+350% ROI

Artisan D2C Food Brand, Amazon UK

Challenge

An established Amazon UK brand with a PPC structure generating ROAS without margin. TACoS climbing. Net profit per unit declining. Scaling in the wrong direction.

System Full PPC audit. 17 high-spend, low-conversion broad-match terms identified and negated. Four highest-converting exact-match terms migrated into single-keyword ad groups. Listing conversion architecture rebuilt to support the price point. Bid strategy realigned to margin floor, not ROAS target.

Outcome

+350% ROI improvement. TACoS compressed 40% over 60 days. Net margin per unit improved for the first time in eight months.

Case Study 04

4.1 to 4.6 Star Rating

Review Strategy, Amazon India

Challenge

A premium food brand with strong product quality but an under-managed review presence. Average star rating at 4.1. Review response rate near zero. Three negative reviews sitting unanswered on the listing's most visible page.

System Post-purchase review velocity sequence deployed. Structured response protocol for all existing negative reviews. Review quality flagging for policy violations. Packaging redesign informed by sentiment analysis of existing negatives — three were packaging-related.

Outcome

Star rating moved from 4.1 to 4.6 over 90 days. Conversion rate improved 28% on the same traffic volume. No PPC change. No listing copy change. Review management alone drove the uplift.

What Our Clients Say. And What the Numbers Show.

Every quote sits beside the system that produced it — the timeline, the specific decisions and the quantified outcome. Because if you cannot replicate a result, it is not a playbook — it is luck.

Every case study follows the same structure: the incumbent challenge, the Harpy Velocity Protocol execution and the quantitative impact. So you can see exactly what we did, in what order, and why it worked.
