Frameworks

The Systems Behind the Revenue.

We don't hide the playbook. Every framework we run for clients, published in full — because information isn't the moat. Execution is.

01

Conversion Architecture Before Ad Spend

Traffic multiplies whatever it finds. Fix what it finds first.

1. Map the funnel P&L.Every step, its conversion rate, its math. Most brands can't say where the money leaks because they've only ever measured the tank — never the pipe.
2. Rebuild the above-the-fold.Offer in five words. Proof within five seconds. Objection handling before the scroll, not after it.
3. Instrument the real events.View → add-to-cart → checkout → purchase. If you can't see the drop-offs, you're guessing with a budget.
4. Fix leaks in revenue order. Not ego order. Not ease order. Biggest leak first, always.
5. Then scale spend.Ads into a fixed funnel multiply. Ads into a leaking funnel just make the leak more expensive.

Field note: +427% revenue lift for a D2C brand — before increasing ad spend by a single rupee.

The Top-3 Amazon System

Rank isn't bought with budget. It's earned with conversion, then defended with bids.

1. Exact-match isolation.Every high-intent keyword gets its own campaign. Winners stop subsidizing losers — and the data gets clean enough to act on.
2. Inventory-synced bids.Bids follow stock levels. Never pay Top-3 prices for demand you can't fulfil — the algorithm punishes that twice.
3. Conversion gating.Reviews, proof and offer come first. Aggressive bids on a listing that doesn't convert is just a faster way to burn cash.
4. The hold window.Once you touch Top-3, defend the position for 14+ days. Rank compounds — flickering doesn't.

Field note: A2 Bilona Ghee — Top 5 on Amazon India in 60 days. No agencies. No shortcuts.

03

The Review Flywheel

Stars aren't a scorecard. They're a conversion asset that compounds.

1. Audit the sentiment.Read the 1–3 star reviews properly. The complaint patterns are your product roadmap.
2. Fix root causes first.A review system can't outrun a product problem. Fix the box, the seal, the expectation gap.
3. Ask at peak satisfaction.Post-purchase sequences and insert cards — timed to the moment of delight, not the moment of delivery.
4. Treat every negative review as a sales call.Respond fast, fix publicly, win the reader. The person reading the exchange matters more than the reviewer.
5. Let it compound.Rating lifts conversion → conversion lifts rank → rank lifts sales → sales bring reviews. Spin it once, then protect it.

Field note: 4.1 → 4.6 stars. Conversion follows rating like a shadow.

04

One P&L

The framework that ends channel wars: every channel reports to the same number.

1. One source of truth.Blended CAC and contribution margin for the whole business — not per-platform dashboards that each claim victory.
2. Kill vanity reporting.Impressions, reach, engagement — gone. If a number can't be converted to rupees, it's a footnote.
3. Allocate on contribution.Budget flows to what returns cash — not to what looked good last month.
4. Run the weekly revenue meeting. One page, one number, one decision. Every week.

Field note: the moment all channels report to the same P&L, arguments end and decisions get easy.
