How to Rank Top-3 on Amazon India

The practical version — six steps, in order.

1. Win the fundamentals.Stock depth, fulfillment, buy-box eligibility. Rank without these is a rented position.
2. Front-load the money keyword.Exact-match in the title's first words. Backend terms cover the rest.
3. Engineer your first 15 reviews.Systematize the ask at peak satisfaction. Early conversion decides everything after it.
4. Isolate the money keyword. Its own campaign, bid to Top-3, watch conversion hold before adding aggression.
5. Sync bids to inventory.Never overpay into a stock-out — the reset costs more than the discipline.
6. Defend for 14 days.Rank compounds if you hold it. Judge nothing before the window closes.

This is the simplified version of the Top-3 System (Frameworks № 02). The full system is what we run for clients.

The 20-Minute Amazon Listing Audit

Seven checks. Score each 1–5. Anything under 3 is a leak.

Main image.White background or real context. Ask honestly: does it stop the scroll in a grid of twenty competitors?
Title.Money keyword in the first words — and still readable by a human, not a keyword dump.
Price.Sane against the category? Premium price needs premium proof on the same screen.
Bullets.Answer the top 3 objections buyers actually have — not feature poetry.
Reviews.Does the first screen prove trust? Recent, relevant, and responded-to.
A+ content.Selling — or decorating? Every module should remove a doubt or add a reason.
Backend keywords. The terms customers actually type, covered? Common misspellings included?

Run this monthly. The listing decays even when nobody touches it — competitors move, categories shift.

Find the Leaks — D2C Website Conversion Audit

Your revenue is hiding in your drop-offs. Here's how to find them.

1. Pull the funnel numbers.View → add-to-cart → checkout → purchase. Percentages, not vibes.
2. Find the biggest drop. Not the most annoying one. The biggest one. That's where the money is.
3. Check the five usual suspects.Slow load. Unclear offer above the fold. Weak proof. Surprise shipping cost. Payment trust gaps.
4. Fix in revenue order. One change at a time — or you'll never know what worked.
5. Re-measure weekly.Direction beats perfection. A funnel that improves 2% a week compounds into a different business.

This is the audit habit behind Conversion Architecture (Frameworks № 01).

Where 80% of Amazon Ad Budgets Die

The waste map — five places your money quietly disappears.

Unattended broad auto campaigns.Set-and-forget is set-on-fire. Auto campaigns need weekly surgery.
Top-3 bids on page-2 converters. Some keywords convert fine in lower positions. Paying Top-3 rent there is charity to Amazon.
Heavy bids on thin inventory.Stock out mid-rank and the algorithm resets you. Bid to what you can fulfil.
Search terms never negated.Every week you don't negate, you re-buy the clicks that already proved they don't convert.
Impressions chased instead of conversion.Big reach, empty cart. Reach is a cost; conversion is the point.

The fix in four words: isolate, negate weekly, sync. The full mechanics are in the Top-3 System.
