Thanks for using GOHARPY app – Services On Demand.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The return bust be requested to the Service Provider directly, excluding Integrando Panama, S.A. (INPASA) from all liability, since it only served as a service intermediary for the connection and request of this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, you might check with the return policy of the selected provider.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
INPASA will not make any direct reimbursement. In the event that the supplier accepts to you the return of your product or service, the latter should devote to you the sums paid by you under the terms and conditions of that provider. Under these terms, you agree to RELEVATE to INPASA any responsibility that you may suggest for a service REQUESTED through the GOHARPY platform, since this application only provides an integration mechanism.
